The construction of the prestigious Campus Contern business park, near to Luxembourg City and the airport, is already enjoying a successful start. Project partners Valad Property Group and VALERES Project Developments raised a glass on the 11th of June 2009 to the multinational telecommunications company MACH, who has signed a 6-year lease for a 2,900 m² area in the first building to be constructed - Alouette. The Bouvreuil building is already under construction and will be handed over in October 2009.
This building has an innovative design and as part of an integrated concept will be the second building of the Campus Contern, a site which will eventually boast eight equally sized structures with a total area of 24,000 m² of office space.
This new-generation, tree-covered site is situated near to Luxembourg City and the airport and will have extensive parking facilities with almost one space per job, partially equipped half-storey areas for lease starting at 350 m²and extremely affordable rents.
The site will form part of a zone which was initially industrial in nature but where luxury administrative buildings occupied by renowned tenants such as IBM and IEE have been developed over the years.
